About Us

Silver State Race MedX was founded as a 501(c)(3) in Reno, Nevada with the goal of providing high-quality Medical Support and Training to the greater Northern Nevada and Northern California offroad community.

Comprised of an experienced team of dirt bike riders and SXS crews, we provide on-site support for over a dozen offroad events per year. With our large group of experienced riders and drivers, we are able to quickly and effectively respond to on-course emergencies in a way that traditional resources are not.

Additionally, we operate a first aid station in the pits of major events. We also have on-site radio communications that allow us to have improved communications throughout the varying terrain that typically encompasses these events.

  • Many of the courses we ride for SSRM are moderately difficult. We expect that you are comfortable riding moderately difficult terrain, as well as helping with basic mechanical problems. If you are not sure if you are ready for this, then reach out and we can set up a ride day for you to evaluate your ability!
